2.Product characteristics

ZSS series pump built-in seal lubrication structure, seal circulating water on the pump seal system lubrication, flushing more direct and effective. Linear appearance and in the pump cover with reinforcement, built-in sealing lubrication structure makes the pump overall structure as one, flexible structural design makes the pump more beautiful and generous.

3. Product structure

ZSS series pump body suction port and spit outlets are under the pump body, so you can take out the rotor without disassembling the series of piping, easy maintenance, most of the pump body adopts double runner design to reduce radial force.

The impeller is dynamically balanced to ensure smooth pump operation and reduced noise. Shaft shorten the distance between the shaft, increase the shaft diameter, in order to extend the service life of the bearings and mechanical seals, the shaft for the full seal structure, to ensure that no contact with the medium, no rust corrosion, long service life.

Shaft sleeve can be made of many different materials according to the needs of different users to prevent wear and corrosion of the shaft. The shaft seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal, and the sealing device can be replaced without disassembling the pump cover.

Bearings and lubrication are grease lubricated.

Standard type From the transmission direction, the pump rotates clockwise. Special type from the transmission direction, the pump rotation direction is anti-clockwise rotation.

The shaft seal adopts soft packing seal or common mechanical seal.
