2.Product characteristics

The suction and discharge ports of S-type pump are below the centre line of the pump axis, and the axis line is perpendicular to the horizontal direction, the pump casing is made into a horizontal axial opening, and the pump cover is positioned by screw-tailed taper pins, and fastened to the pump body by double-head bolts and nuts. It is easy to dismantle the pump cover for maintenance without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipes and motor. From the transmission direction, clockwise rotation.

3. Product structure

The pump body and pump cover constitute the impeller's workshop. There are pipe screw holes for installing vacuum gauge and pressure gauge on the inlet and outlet flanges, and pipe screw holes for discharging water on the lower part of the inlet and outlet flanges.

The upper part of the pump cover has a pipe screw hole for air release.

The impeller is fixed on the pump shaft by the key, axle sleeve and axle sleeve nut on both sides, and its axial position is adjusted by axle sleeve nut. The shape of the impeller is made symmetrical, and the liquid enters the impeller from both sides, which can balance the axial force.

The pump shaft is supported by bearings on both sides, and a coupling is installed at its right end for direct connection with the motor. (If belt drive is required, another bracket should be provided).

The bearings are mounted in the bearing body and installed at both ends of the pump body. For single-row centripetal ball bearings, grease lubrication is used.
