2.Product characteristics

XBD vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is a new generation of water supply products developed according to the actual needs of constant pressure water supply for high-rise buildings and fire-fighting industry. It is mainly used in life and fire-fighting water supply, pressure boosting and stabilising.

XBD rotational speed are 2900 rpm, compared with DL type vertical multi-stage pumps (rotational speed of 1450 rpm) smaller, beautiful appearance, covers an area of less, easy maintenance, light weight and easier to transport, is the ideal product to replace the DL type vertical multi-stage pumps.

3. Product structure

1、This series of pumps is vertical, multi-stage, sectional structure, with bolts to the inlet section, the middle section, the outlet section is fastened into a single unit, the pump is equipped with an impeller and guide vane for each stage, the axial force is hydrodynamic balanced, and the residual axial force is borne by one or a pair of ball bearings;

3, the shaft seal adopts special design mechanical seal, if you need to remove the mechanical seal, do not need to remove the motor, the intermediate clamping shell coupling can be removed to take out the seals, with the advantages of easy replacement and maintenance;

4、The transmission of the pump is driven by the vertical motor through the clamped case coupling, and the pump rotates in clockwise direction when viewed from the motor end;

5, XBD pump suction port in the lower part, the outlet in the upper part, its relative position can be selected according to user requirements 0 °, 90 °, 180 °, 270 ° one of the assembly factory. Generally, the pumps are shipped at 180°.
