D series Multi Stage Centrifugal Pump:1.Product parameters:

This series of pumps have the following different specifications for suction port straight meridian (mm): 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250. Among them, the pumps with suction port straight meridian of 80, 100, 125 mm adopt high rotational speed, i.e. n=2950 rpm; the pumps with suction port straight meridian of 150, 200, 250 mm adopt low rotational speed, i.e. n=1450 rpm.

2.Product characteristics

D-type pump is a single-suction multi-stage sectional centrifugal pump for conveying clear water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is also used for conveying acid and alkaline media by changing the material of some parts. In the model with "F", its performance and external dimensions are identical with the unchanged pump.

3. Product structure

(1) Fixed part

It mainly consists of bearing body, inlet section, outlet section, middle section, guide vane and other parts, which are connected by bolts. The inlet of the inlet section is in horizontal direction, and the outlet of the outlet section is vertically upward. The balance water pipe on the outlet section is connected back to the inlet side or the inlet pool with a hose.

(2) Rotating part

It mainly consists of a shaft, several impellers mounted on the shaft and a balancing disc to withstand the axial thrust. The whole rotating part is supported by the bearings at both ends. The number of stages of the pump is determined according to the required head.

(3) Bearing part

Single-row centripetal roller bearings are used, lubricated with molybdenum disulphide compound calcium grease.

(4) Pump sealing

The pump is sealed by molybdenum disulphide compound calcium grease on the joint surface between inlet section, middle section and outlet section; the pump is sealed by sealing ring, guide vane sleeve and packing between rotating part and fixed part. The pump is sealed by sealing ring, guide vane sleeve and packing between the rotating part and the fixed part. The pump adopts "O" type oil-resistant rubber sealing ring and water-blocking ring to prevent water from entering into the bearing.

(5) Direction of pump rotation

From the direction of motor, it rotates in clockwise direction.
