2.Product characteristics

CL type long-shaft vertical miscellaneous sewage pump is a series of products of new structure type developed by our company to meet the market demand, after extensive research and repeated demonstration, digesting and absorbing the advantages of similar products, and improving the structure and hydraulic performance, the latest development and production of series of products.

The pump is suitable for conveying sewage media containing solid particles, especially suitable for conveying iron oxide chips, sand, coal dust and other hard abrasive particles, can also be used for conveying water and physical and chemical properties of media similar to water. Conveying medium temperature ≤ 70 ℃; solid particle degree ≤ 10 mm; weight concentration ≤ 15%.

3.Product structure

The main parts of CL type long shaft pump are composed of impeller, pump cover, space guide vane body, bearing seat, bearing, bearing gland, coupling tube, guard tube, shaft, intermediate coupling, pump bracket, motor seat, coupling and so on.

The depth of the pump extending into the well is selected according to the user's requirements, and the maximum depth from the support surface of the bracket to the bottom of the strainer is taken as the depth standard. The deepest submerged depth can be up to 25 metres, the impeller can be multi-stage series connection, to expand the use of the pump range, the motor drives the rotor directly through the coupling.

The motor directly drives the rotor parts through the coupling; the impeller rotates clockwise from the direction of the motor.

4.Material of overflow parts

The bracket is made of grey cast iron, the pump cover and space guide vane are made of ductile cast iron or cast steel; the impeller is made of cast steel or cast iron; the guide pipe and guard pipe are made of seamless steel pipe.
