2.Product characteristics

Bearing seat structure, double support cantilever structure.

Pump shaft adopts thick shaft, good rigidity, high operational stability and reliability.

For heavy wear media, slow speed and low linear velocity design, the pump's anti-wear ability is strong.

3.Product structure

Pump head part:

Mainly consists of mixing wheel, pump body, impeller, guard plate, receiver and other parts. From the transmission end of the pump, the pump rotates in clockwise direction.

Bearing part:

Mainly consists of rolling bearing, bearing box, bearing gland, bearing seat and so on.

Motor and transmission part:

The motor is an ordinary motor, and the motor shaft is connected with the pump shaft by a coupling.

Connection and fixing part:

The mixing wheel and impeller are connected with the shaft, the pump head is connected with the receiver, the receiver is fixed on the bearing housing, the bearing housing is mounted on the base, and the pump outlet pipe is also fixed on the base.

Transmission mode

1、Motor and pump direct connection transmission (DC)

2、Variable frequency transmission (BP) can be adopted.

3、From the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.

4.Material of overflow parts

Cr26 anti-wear materials, Cr30, CD4MCu wear-resistant corrosion-resistant materials and other general anti-wear performance of the material.
