2.Product characteristics

GFL type hot Water pump, original design ensures the service life of motor and bearings, avoiding the inconvenience of water-cooling device for RZ hot Water Pump. Vertical structure design to reduce the station area and space, the use of the environment is particularly quiet, the use of imported carbide sealing ring of medium-sized high-temperature mechanical seals, the service life is very high, and water leakage, perfect design and manufacture to reduce investment costs of more than 50 per cent.

3.Product structure

1、Series motor: directly connected to the pump to transfer power, using brand-name motors.

2、Pump shaft: coaxial with the motor, the motor lengthened shaft to ensure the concentricity of the shaft, so that the pump runs smoothly without noise and vibration phenomenon, the use of chrome-plated treatment to enhance the service life.

3、Stall water ring: prevent the motor from water ingress due to seal leakage, effectively ensure the normal operation of the motor.

4、Pump cover: clever design, that is, beautiful and reduce the pump's centre of gravity and the cantilever of the shaft, enhance the stability of the pump operation and life.

5、Mechanical seal: made of stainless steel, tungsten carbide, fluorine rubber and other materials. Balanced high-temperature, high-pressure mechanical seal, long operating life. No leakage, no wear and tear on the shaft, no accumulation of scale, to ensure a neat working environment.

6、Pressure take-off plug: install pressure gauge and vacuum pressure gauge to monitor the normal and efficient operation of the pump.

7、Pump body: the pressure out chamber and suction chamber are designed by excellent hydraulic model, which is both beautiful and efficient, without installation foot, easy to install and stable operation.

8、Bleeding Plug: The filling pump can discharge the air inside the pump to ensure the normal start of the pump.

9、Rotation direction: clockwise rotation from the driving end.
