2.Product Characteristics

This pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction, cantilever, worm casing mixed flow pump, direct drive, pump and motor in the steel welded common chassis, from the side of the motor drive to observe the pump impeller rotation is clockwise.

3. Product structure

1. Pump head

Pump body, impeller, impeller, pump cover, water inlet chamber, packing chamber and other overflow parts are made of 1Gr18Ni12Mo2Ti stainless steel, which has strong adaptability to many kinds of medium corrosion, and the pump body is equipped with supporting bottom, pump body center inlet and center outlet. When checking and replacing the parts, the rotor parts can be moved backward together with the pump cover, and the import and export pipelines need not be dismantled.  

2. Shaft sealing part

Shaft sealing device consists of power seal and packing seal, impeller drive side with back vane and pay impeller, can make the pump running shaft seal part of the hydraulic pressure drop to zero, to ensure that there is no leakage of slurry, stopping by the packing seal, running water seal pipe injected greater than the system pressure of the water, packing is recommended to use TFA carbon fiber asbestos packing.

3. Bearing Department

The bearing frame is made of ductile cast iron, the front bearing is a single row short cylindrical roller bearing, and the rear bearing is two centripetal thrust ball bearings configured back to back. The axial position of the impeller in the pump body bearing can be controlled by adjusting the position of the rear bearing box in the hole of the bearing frame. The bearing frame is connected to the pump body through the rear pump cover and has a support plate at its rear to connect with the chassis. The bearings are supplied with N46 oil and the oil level is shown from the oil mark.

6.Working condition
