ZLH Axial Flow Pump

Brief introduction
ZLH type pump is the typical vertical axial-flow pump. It applies to deliver the liquid of low head and large capacity. Its structure is tight and reasonable with convenient maintenance, wide delivering medium, such as delivering clean water, the sewage with small particles or chemical Process pump with little small particles. The highest temperature of liquid can be 50℃.

Model description
Pump structure features and charts
1. Structure features
ZLH type pump is made up of pump body parts and transmission parts.
The main parts of cold-out pump consist of suction pipe, bearing grinding ring, pump body, impeller, shaft, shaft bearing, sealing parts and other components. The transmission part is directly transmitted with vertical motor. (Also can use belt drive)
The main parts of salt-out pump consist of suction pipe, impeller components, positioning seat, shaft, shaft bearing and other components. The transmission part uses vertical motor or direct transmission with reducer.
The hydraulic design of impeller, considering the influence of wheel hub, rim boundary and inletwhirl, uses different design, which reduces the airfoil placing angle of wheel hub and increases the airfoil placing angle of wheel rim. After the comparative tests of several impellers, it increases the pump efficiency by a large margin and expands the range of high efficiency. Using the same impeller satisfies several customs the large quantity ranges.
Some big pumps` impellers use adjustable blade. After changing the blade installation angle, it makes the change of quantity, the highest efficiency and head of the highest efficiency point remains unchanged. It makes the impeller of same standard operate highly efficient in the larger flow range.
The original pump shaft is high-carbon steel and out part is with stainless steel against corrosion. Any place of several sealing surfaces doesn`t work that may lead medium leakage, then corrode carbon steel shaft and hard to disassemble. When use stainless steel, it has high cost, the hardness and strength can not satisfy the requirements. Now the pump shaft uses butt shaft structure (45 steel + B or M material), which makes the structure easy, handling convenient and improves the using reliability.
No need to move the inlet and outlet pipeline for this pump, can easily maintain the pump impeller and rotor parts, reduce the labor intensity and shorten the maintenance time.
Transportation:
They are packed in wooden case or steel frame case in order to long distance shipment.
