4. Product structure

-Pump impeller is cantilever support, spherical hub, impeller vane is adjustable.

-The pump body is designed in the form of a curved pipe with a group welding structure.

The pump shaft adopts butt-welding technology, and stainless steel is used in the contact and possible contact with the medium. Mechanical seal adopts assembled structure, convenient assembly and disassembly, and reliable operation.

-Mechanical seals and packing seals can be interchanged, only a few parts need to be replaced.

The cylindrical bracket supports the rotor parts, and the oil storage chamber of the bracket is enlarged, equipped with an eye-catching oil level observation window and constant oil level oiler, which prolongs the lubrication and maintenance intervals and prolongs the life of the bearings.

The pump and the prime mover can adopt narrow V-belt (15N or 25N type) delta belt transmission, gear variable speed transmission, or direct connection transmission, the pump is suspended mounted (E mounting form), and the motor power ≥200kW adopts universal joint transmission.
