2.Product Characteristics

CLW Ⅱ type long shaft sewage pump is suitable for conveying sewage medium containing solid particles, especially suitable for conveying iron oxide chips, sand, coal dust and other hard abrasive particles, also can be used for conveying clear water and media with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Conveying medium temperature ≤ 800C; solid particle degree ≤ 10mm; weight concentration ≤ 15%.

3.Product structure

CLW Ⅱ type long shaft vertical sewage pump is guide vane type submerged pump, the impeller is submerged in the medium, the space guide vane collects the flow, the medium flows symmetrically along the main axis; the pump shaft and the guide pipe can be connected in series according to the depth of submerged liquid. The shaft and the guide pipe can be connected in series according to the submerged depth. The shaft is connected with the shaft in a special way with high precision, safety and reliability. The depth of the pump into the well is selected according to the user's requirements, and the maximum depth from the support surface of the bracket to the bottom of the strainer is ≤10m; the impeller can be connected in series with multiple stages to expand the use of the pump, and the maximum number of stages can be up to 4 stages in series.

The motor drives the rotor parts directly through the coupling; the impeller rotates clockwise from the motor direction.

4. Material of overflow parts

The bracket is made of grey cast iron, the pump cover and space guide vane are made of ductile cast iron or cast steel; the impeller is made of cast steel or cast iron; the guide pipe and guard pipe are made of seamless steel pipe.
