2.Product characteristics
For the operating characteristics of the desulphurisation system, the impeller hydraulic model is specially designed to have good anti-vapour corrosion performance. The pump uses mechanical sealing device specially designed for flue gas desulphurisation process, which has unique reliability and applicability, and users can choose internal flushing type and external flushing type. The pump rotor parts can adjust the position of the impeller in the pump chamber through the rear bearing box, which provides a convenient means to restore the pump performance after light wear.
3. Product structure
The whole pump adopts all-metal pump structure, without rubber lining or other polymer materials.
The pump body is made of 2605N or 2205 duplex stainless steel, which has good resistance to chloride ions and sulphate ions, and is the preferred metal material for pumps for desulphurisation.
The pump is front and rear open structure, in disassembling the impeller, mechanical seal and other components with full consideration of convenience and quickness, without moving the pump inlet and outlet pipelines.
The pump transmission adopts direct connection transmission or reducer variable speed transmission.
