2.Product Characteristics

Impeller and shaft are threaded connection, running or stopping the pump when the medium is backed up, the direction of the force acting on the impeller in the anti-clockwise direction, so that the impeller is tightened. The impeller adopts back vane and mouth ring to balance the axial force. The pump cover is positioned with the bearing box using the stop, and the pump cover is fixed and clamped in the middle through the coupling of the pump body and the bearing box body. The pump body adopts axial suction, radial discharge, foot-supported type, which can be directly fixed on the base, and the end of the bearing box is supported on the base by the suspension bracket, and the side gap between the impeller back vane and the pump cover can be adjusted by the adjustment screw. For the convenience of folding and unloading, the structure of the pump is designed in the form of rear door opening, so that the impeller, shaft, shaft seal and bearing parts can be moved out without moving the pump import and export receiver (i.e. the pump body does not move) during the overhaul. The flushing and cooling interfaces of pump body, pump cover, bearing housing and sealing end cover are all made of conical pipe threads, which increases the reliability of pipeline sealing, and the bearings are made of rolling bearings with oil lubrication and large oil pool volume. According to the working conditions, the pump body and pump cover can be equipped with heating or cooling jacket to improve the reliability of the pump when used in special media.

3. Product structure

    Single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump structure, the pump body is supported by the foot, the bearing parts are bracket structure, the suspension bracket is supported on the base, the rotor parts can be adjusted by adjusting screws to adjust the axial displacement, the impeller has a closed-type (ZBG-type), semi-open-type (ZBK-type) and fully open-type (ZBQ-type) structure.

The sealing method is assembled mechanical seal, or can be modified according to the user's needs for the design of the secondary impeller + packing seal.

Transmission mode is direct connection transmission

Rotation direction: from the driving end, the pump rotates in clockwise direction.
